MDF

Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product formed from wood fibers, glued together using wax and resin adhesive under high temperatures and pressures. It's densified structure is forged with moisture fighting properties which make them suitable for varied and prolonged application in damp conditions. Our MDF products are tested with high quality and durability.

It is the newest development in the wood panel industry. It is made from wood and other lignocelluloses materials, refined into fibers and reconstituted with a resin binder which is carried out at elevated temperature and pressure, and then sanded to uniform and precise thickness to get best quality plain and laminated MDF boards.

LAMINATED MDF

Before lamination, the MDF panels are tested for their resistance to abrasions, household chemicals and cracking.

MDF boards then go through a process of lamination in which a decorative paper is applied to the surface under pressure in such a way that delamination cannot occur even with rough usage.

Made up of a wear-resistant overlay, decorative sheet and impact-resistant kraft, Nuboard’s laminates offers long-lasting beauty, function, and performance. This durable engineered surface is used in a variety of vertical and horizontal applications.
